• Priority Canvas information: Your Priority Canvas answers remain on your browser unless you choose to submit them with a booking request.
• Financial Life Organiser: Entries remain in the current browser tab unless you choose to save them on this device, download a PDF or editable backup, or include a summary with a booking request. Summary sharing is optional and off by default. It can contain your name, financial values, ownership and purposes; account/policy references, registered emails, nominee details, family document details and other record details require a separate sharing choice. Restoring a backup reads the file locally and does not upload it. Organiser data is not sent to analytics.
• Automatically collected information: General, non-identifiable technical data such as browser type, basic device information, IP address, pages visited on our site, and the date and time of your visit.

Analytics does not receive your name, email address, mobile number, income, expenses, assets, liabilities, investment amounts, financial goals, Priority Canvas answers, free-text entries, form-field values, generated Canvas contents or downloaded PDF contents.

You can accept or decline analytics when the banner appears, and you can change your choice later through the Analytics preferences link in the website footer. Visitors maintain full control over cookies and local browser storage through their personal browser settings.

The Financial Life Organiser saves to browser storage only when you select Save on this device. Device copies and downloaded backups are not encrypted; avoid device saving on shared browsers. Turning saving off removes the saved device copy while keeping entries in the current tab. Clear organiser removes its current entries and saved copy without affecting your Priority Canvas or analytics preference. Downloaded files must be deleted separately.

5. Sharing of Information

Your personal information is not sold, rented, or traded under any circumstances. We may only share information in the following limited situations:

• When strictly required by law, regulatory bodies, or legal processes.
• With trusted service providers strictly supporting our secure website operations (who are bound by confidentiality agreements).
• With our form-submission provider when you submit a contact form or booking request.
• With your explicit, prior consent to facilitate specific financial transactions or services.

If you include a Priority Canvas or Financial Life Organiser summary with a booking request, it is sent to Millionsworth through our form-submission provider, Web3Forms, only when you submit the form. You can review and remove it first. The organiser uses a temporary copy in this tab's session storage to pass your selected summary to the booking page; that copy is removed when the page reads it. Reloading the booking page does not reattach it. No organiser PDF is automatically uploaded.
